1. Parties and scope

This agreement is concluded between MyAccountsBuy ("the Platform") and the person who visits or uses the website ("the User"). By using the website you declare that you have read and accepted these terms.

2. Service description

The Platform is an intermediary marketplace where digital accounts and similar digital products are listed by sellers and purchased by buyers. The Platform is not the owner of the listed products unless explicitly stated.

3. Membership rules

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• The information you provide during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity performed through your account.
• Opening more than one account for abusive purposes is prohibited.

4. Payments and balance

Balance top-ups are made through the cryptocurrency payment providers listed on the website. Your balance is credited only after the payment provider confirms the transaction. All prices are shown in $.

5. Prohibited use

• Using the service for unlawful purposes or for activities that harm third parties.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the systems of the Platform or other users.
• Publishing misleading, fraudulent or infringing listings.
• Carrying out automated requests that disrupt the operation of the service.

Accounts that breach these rules may be suspended or closed without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

The design, software and content of the website belong to the Platform and may not be copied or distributed without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

The Platform does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free. The Platform cannot be held responsible for indirect damages arising from interruptions caused by third-party services such as payment providers or hosting companies.

8. Changes

The Platform may update these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect once published on this page.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Türkiye and the courts of Istanbul shall have jurisdiction.
